Voting is underway in the Constituency of the Greater region as New Patriotic Party () delegates gather to elect their parliamentary candidate.

The process commenced at 07:24 hours, with a total of 1,571 individuals expected to participate in selecting one candidate from a pool of four aspirants.

The aspirants in contention for the nomination include Mr. Jefferson Sackey, a Presidential Staffer, Mr. Ebenezer Nartey, a former Member of , Mr. Collins Amoah, and Mr. Samuel Brako.

Delegates, comprising men, women, and a person with a disability, formed lengthy queues as early as 06:00 hours to exercise their voting rights.

The victorious candidate will represent the in the upcoming parliamentary election for the Constituency.

Prior to the start of voting, electoral officials, police personnel, and representatives of the aspirants were present at the voting center to ensure a smooth and organized process.
