Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs endorses Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for Presidency

The Regional has extended its support to Dr. , flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, praising his transformative initiatives during his tenure as Vice President of Ghana. Traditional leaders in the region welcomed Dr. Bawumia's vision and policies, endorsing his presidential bid during a meeting held in Goaso.

Dr. Bawumia outlined his vision for the country and discussed his proposed policies with the Regional . Following his address, several traditional leaders expressed their support for his policies and presidential aspirations.

Nana Ansah Adu Baah, President of the Ahafo Regional House Chiefs and Omanhene of Yamfo Traditional Area, commended Dr. Bawumia's humility and expressed confidence in his ability to lead the country. He emphasized the importance of supporting Dr. Bawumia's presidential bid, citing his positive impact on Ghana's development.

Osuodumgya Barima Appiah Dwaah Boafo II, Omanhene of Hwediem Traditional Area, praised Dr. Bawumia for his hard work and policies, highlighting the transformative impact of his digitalization initiatives on the country, particularly the youth.

Osahene Kweku Aterkyi II, Omanhene of Kukuom Traditional Area, lauded Dr. Bawumia for his leadership in the “Transformative Digitalisation Drive,” recognizing its significant contribution to the country's development.

Nana Adwoapo Dwamena Serwaa II, Omanhemaa of Bechem Traditional Area, declared Dr. Bawumia as “ordained to be the next President” and pledged support to realize his vision for Ghana.

Nana Akwasi Bosompra I, Omanhene of Goaso, also commended the ruling government for its developmental projects in the Ahafo Region, attributing them to the creation of the new Ahafo Region under the -led Government.

The endorsements from the Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs underscore the widespread support for Dr. Bawumia's leadership and policies, highlighting the confidence placed in him to steer the country towards progress and development.
