DStv Compact Plus Package

DStv Compact Plus offers all DSTV Compact channels in addition to more sports channels. The sports channels added are SuperSport Football Plus HD, SuperSport Variety 1 HD, SuperSport Action HD, and ESPN 2 HD.

It is aimed at giving Sports lovers in Nigeria and across Africa access to premium sports at a more affordable price than is possible with the Premium package.

Subscribers to the bouquet will be able to watch EPL matches, Champions League matches as well as other live sports like the French League, Bundesliga, PSL, and Spanish La Liga as well as rugby, golf, tennis, athletics, boxing and motorsport.

However, it is not only sports channels that are added to the Compact Plus compared to the Compact Plus package.

DStv Premium Package

DSTV Premium package is the high-end package offering you all available DSTV video and audio channels. The last time we checked, the Premium package offers over 160 exciting channels and 53 audio channels.

Channels exclusive to the Premium package include MNET HD, MNET Movies 1 HD, MNET Movies 2 HD, Comedy Central, TLC Entertainment, CNC World, all HD channels, and so on.

Note that despite Compact Plus being all about sports, not all sports channels are available on the package. To get all sports channels, you will have to subscribe to the Premium package.

Sports channels exclusive to the Premium package include SuperSport GrandStand HD, SuperSport Rugby, SuperSport Cricket, SuperSport Golf, SuperSport Tennis HD, and SuperSport MotorSport HD. The Premium package is for people who want nothing less than the best.

If you want to receive HD channels then you need to go for the Premium as HD channels are currently exclusive on the Premium package.

This is a mobile wallet from Zenith Bank, Nigeria, the application can be downloaded from the mobile app store or from www.eazymoney.com.ng.

After Logging in, the customer must select Bill payment.

1. Select Eazy money or bank depending on where the customer wants to pay.
2. The Biller Number is the smartcard number.
3. The customer must enter the amount intending to pay.
4. The customer must Input 4-digit Secret PIN and will receive SMS for a successful or unsuccessful payment. (The App on a phone can be used by multiple users.)
5. NB: (Bank is for Zenith Account holders who have linked their account to the mobile wallet known as the Banked Customers while Eazy money selection is for Non-Zenith Account Holders called Unbanked Customers).

Internet Banking

Eazy Money

1. Allows you to pay using your Eazy Money mobile wallet online (eazy.dstv.com/pay).
2. Simply, enter your mobile number and Eazy Money PIN.
3. Should you not have an Eazy money wallet, you can register at a Zenith Bank branch.

e-Tranzact

The eTranzact BankIT solution allows you to pay for your subscription, directly from your bank account, online and on mobile.

To pay online, on the DStv website:

1. Select Country, input a specific Smart card number and click on VERIFY button
2. Click VIEW BALANCE AND PAY to proceed to the payment summary page showing the date and amount due for payment.
3. Click PAY to proceed to the Payment Subscription page showing the Account Holder's details.
4. Select eTranzact Payment Option and select BankIT.
5. Input Bank account number and select your preferred Bank.
6. Generate a 6-digit passcode and submit details
7. Dial *389*00# with the phone number registered with the nominated Bank to receive an OTP.
8. Input the OTP in the space provided and click PAY.

A Payment Response stating the details of the transaction is then received, indicating successful payment.

To make an online payment for your DStv subscription via GlobalPAY:

1. Visit MyDStv and then log into your account.
2. Go to the PAY page and select GlobalPAY and then fill in your payment details including your First Name; Last Name, e-mail Address; Mobile Number, Customer Number and Smartcard Number and then click on Complete Payment GlobalPAY.com.
3. You will be redirected to the GlobalPAY website where you will be prompted to select your Card Type and then enter your Card Number and then click on Pay.
4. You will be redirected back to your account on the MyDStv website.

KongaPay

To make payments for your DStv subscription using KongaPay, visit kongapay.com or download the app (available for Android and iOS devices) and then register or log in to your account.

1. Go to services and bills and select TV subscription
2. Select DStv as the subscription type and input your smart card number.
3. Your details, as well as the current bouquet plan, are automatically pre-populated on the screen.
4. To change the current plan select the bouquet drop-down menu and select it appropriately.
5. Select *Auto-renew every month* to authorize DStv to automatically bill and renew your subscription every month.
6. Select *Pay* and input your KongaPay pin and OTP sent to your phone.
7. Select confirm, that the transaction has been completed and your DStv account is activated.

Paga-e-Pay

QuickTeller

QuickTeller allows DStv customers to pay for their subscriptions online. This platform interfaces with the integrated billing system (IBS) and gives the subscriber immediate values that prompt an automatic re-connection of the disconnected service within 5 minutes.

To pay your DStv subscription online:

1. Switch your decoder on if your account has already been disconnected.
2. Log on to www.quickteller.com/dstv and elect the DStv bouquet of your choice.
3. Enter your e-mail address, and smartcard number, and enter your mobile phone number.
4. Click NEXT.
5. Enter the DStv subscriber's name and confirm that your smartcard number was filled incorrectly.
6. Click PAY and click on your debit card type i.e. Interswitch, Verve or MasterCard.
7. Enter your card details i.e. Card Number and Expiry Date as inscribed on your debit card, and then enter your 4 digit PIN.

The DSTV is now a platform that allows their users access to connect their smartphone devices to DSTV decoders and other running other supported operating systems.

Note that before you proceed to connect your DSTV Device to your Android phone, there are some

1. Go to now.dstv.com and click the Signup button.
2. Fill in your email address, and mobile number and choose a strong password.
3. Click Create an Account.
4. The next step is to link your DStv account to the DStv online streaming service.

6. Once you've linked DStv online to your DStv account, you'll receive a confirmation email.
