Education is essential for human capital development – Mahama

Former President highlighted the crucial role of education in national development during the 40th Anniversary of Togbe Dzegblade IV's enstoolment in Adaklu Kodzobi. Speaking through Mr Kwame Agbodza, Member of for Adaklu, Mahama commended Togbe Dzegblade for establishing an educational fund to support brilliant but needy students in the area. He urged students to take advantage of the fund to enhance their skills.

Mahama praised Togbe Dzegblade's leadership, noting his 40-year tenure without chieftaincy disputes and his significant contributions to the community's development. Togbe Gbogbi Atsa V, of the Adaklu Traditional Council, also lauded Togbe Dzegblade's efforts in shaping the fortunes of Adaklu.

In his address, Togbe Dzegblade outlined various development projects undertaken by the community, including infrastructure improvements and the establishment of an educational fund. He announced plans to establish a Centre for Fabrication and Crafts Construction to enhance youth skills in those fields.

Professor Kenneth Egbadzor, Head of the Agriculture Science Department at Technical University, emphasized the importance of education for youth success. Additionally, solidarity messages were delivered by various organizations, including the National Democratic Congress and the .
