Mr. Seth Yormewu, the District Chief Executive for Anloga in the , has called on the (GWCL) to make its sachet and bottled water products available on the market.

The DCE emphasized that the water produced by the company is of high quality, and making it accessible to the public would raise awareness and enable citizens to purchase it.

Mr. Yormewu made this appeal during a presentation of relief items by the company to individuals affected by the spillage in the district.

The Volta Regional Directorate of GWCL, in collaboration with its Head Office, donated 1,000 bags of sachet water and 50 packs of bottled water to victims in the district.

The water presented, produced by GWCL's subsidiary G-WATER, was acknowledged for its high quality.

While expressing gratitude for the relief items, the DCE also urged GWCL to consider establishing an office in Anloga.

He noted that the area comprises 28 electoral areas, and having an office in the locality would enhance the effective delivery of services to the people.

Mr. Francis Lamptey, Volta Regional Chief Manager of GWCL, responded to the appeal, stating that the company would consider establishing an office in Anloga.

He explained that, traditionally, for an area to be granted district status, it needs to have a minimum of about 5,000 customers. However,
