During the gathering, Queen Mothers highlighted various challenges they face in agriculture, including limited access to land, lack of financial support, difficulties in accessing market linkages, absence of modern mechanized equipment for farming, poor road networks, lack of extension services, and absence of pension schemes for farmers. These issues underscore the importance of initiatives like the Gathering of the Royals in addressing the needs of women in agriculture and advocating for their advancement.
