First National Bank Ghana has announced a strategic partnership with Limited to provide MoMo services across all channels. This collaboration is in line with the bank’s renewed brand identity and its dedication to delivering helpful, easy, and secure banking solutions to the people of Ghana.

The MoMo services introduced by First National Bank Ghana enable customers to seamlessly send and receive money, settle bills, purchase airtime, and access a range of other directly on their mobile devices. Notably, these services are user-friendly and come with affordable fees.

Executive Director of First National Bank, Sylvia Inkoom, expressed the bank’s commitment to offering innovative and convenient banking solutions. She stated, “The partnership with Mobile Money Limited allows us to fulfill our promise of delivering cutting-edge banking services to our customers.”

Existing customers of First National Bank Ghana will have access to the MoMo service through various channels, including the Mobile Money App, bank branches, MTN MoMo agents, and the shortcode *170#. This service will be available at all First National Bank branches and Accredited Agency Plus Partner points nationwide.

Akweley Laryea, Head of Retail Banking at First National Bank Ghana, conveyed excitement about the partnership, emphasizing its role in broadening the bank’s payment options and enhancing accessibility for customers. “This collaboration allows us to expand our range of payment options and make banking more accessible and convenient for our customers,” Laryea stated.

The MoMo services offered by First National Bank Ghana, in partnership with Mobile Money Limited, will be accessible to all bank customers and MTN MoMo merchants nationwide from February 5, 2024.
