Former Minister for Education, Matthew Opoku Prempeh, has highlighted key achievements from his tenure, particularly in strengthening foundational learning and early childhood education in Ghana.
In a recent engagement, Dr. Opoku Prempeh noted that his time in office saw enhanced collaboration between the Ghana Education Service and UNICEF. He said the partnership played a significant role in advancing early learning initiatives, many of which continue to be implemented and expanded across the country.

The former minister made the remarks after hosting members of an inter-agency team who provided updates on the progress of these education interventions. The team also presented him with a citation in recognition of his contributions during his tenure.
