Reverend Dr. Lawrence Tetteh, Founder of Lawrence Tetteh Ministries, and Dr. Kofi Amoa-Abban, Chief Executive Officer of Rigworld International Services, an upstream oil and gas company, have extended a helping hand to flood victims in the Volta Region by donating relief items worth GH¢1,000,000.

The relief items include mattresses, bags of rice, and cartons of cooking oil, aimed at providing comfort to those adversely affected by the recent floods in the region.

This generous contribution is part of the “Adidome for Christ” crusade initiated by Rev. Dr. Tetteh in collaboration with Togbe Kwasinyi Kakaklolo Agyemang V, Dufia of Adidome in the Volta Region.

The crusade's mission goes beyond sharing the message of Christ; it also extends love, compassion, and relief to flood victims in their time of need.

Rev. Dr. Tetteh emphasized the importance of reaching out to those in distress and expressed that the crusade aimed to not only spread the word of God but also share the burden of the vulnerable.

He stressed the significance of offering comfort to the affected people and bringing smiles to their faces.

Dr. Tetteh also urged other individuals, philanthropists, and organizations to support those affected by the flood.

Dr. Amoa-Abban, in partnership with Rev. Dr. Tetteh for the crusade, underscored the shared values and commitment they both hold for the well-being of the flood victims who have lost their homes, belongings, and livelihoods.

He expressed his dismay when witnessing the distress of children and elderly women in dire need of assistance and pledged to offer further support when required.

Togbe Agyemang, receiving the items on behalf of the flood victims, expressed gratitude for the love and care shown to them. He commended the benevolent efforts, saying, “We will never forget this show of love and companionship in our time of distress.”

Togbe Agyemang assured the donors that the relief items would be fairly distributed among all flood victims in the region.

The flood victims in attendance also expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the kind and generous donations.
