Stanbic Bank Ghana’s Affluent Banking Team, in collaboration with the Nneka Youth Foundation, hosted a Business Leadership Forum at Mobole D/A Basic School in the Ningo-Prampram district. The event gathered students, parents, and community members to explore themes of leadership, innovation, and financial independence.

“At Stanbic, our purpose is anchored by the belief that Ghana is our home, and we are committed to driving her growth. By nurturing the right habits early, we’re giving the next generation tools that will last a lifetime,” she said.
Parents lauded the initiative, with one participant remarking, “This initiative shows that Stanbic Bank truly has us at heart.”
During a panel session, Christiana Asafo-Adjei, Manager for Client Experience, highlighted the value of early financial literacy, encouraging parents to open trust accounts for children. She introduced the 60-30-10 budgeting rule, spend 60%, save 30%, and give 10%, as a simple yet powerful guide to money management.
Abdul Ahmed Mugiss, Business Development Manager for Affluent Clients, underscored the importance of innovation and sustainability in business, urging participants to adapt and prioritise customer needs.
On leadership, Executive Banker Jonas Tetteh Kugblenu encouraged students to lead with service and integrity, noting that “true leadership is about service, integrity, and sound decision-making.”
The event concluded with Stanbic Bank’s GHS 20,000 donation to support the 2026 Nneka Youth Camp in Ve Agbome, Volta Region.
Cecilia Fiaka, Founder of the Nneka Youth Foundation, expressed gratitude for Stanbic’s long-standing support:
