Furthermore, Dr. Bawumia underscored the need to reorient the education system towards Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and vocational skills to meet the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He proposed the introduction of a growth mindset curriculum in schools to foster critical skills such as problem-solving, risk-taking, and design thinking from an early age.
Throughout his address, Dr. Bawumia championed a mindset of possibilities, urging Ghanaians to embrace optimism and patriotism. He cited examples of Ghanaian students excelling on the international stage in robotics competitions, emphasizing the potential for Ghana to lead in various fields with the right mindset and support.
