MP Sylvester Tetteh launches construction of 14.3km town roads in Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfro Constituency

Mr. , the Member of (MP) for Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfro Constituency, has initiated the construction of a 14.3-kilometre network of town roads within the constituency. The project encompasses the construction of the West end-Kuwait road (5km), Ngleshie-New Mataheko road (5km), and Fulani junction road (4.3km).

Speaking to the press, MP Tetteh, who also serves as a deputy minister of information designate, expressed his satisfaction with the approval of the road construction project, highlighting its significance to him and his constituents. He emphasized that these roads were essential for economic expansion and community development.

MP Tetteh further explained that upon completion, these roads would provide alternative routes for motorists travelling from Tuba junction to Bortianor, thereby alleviating traffic congestion on the highway. Additionally, he mentioned plans to install streetlights along the roads to enhance security and reduce criminal activities.

The Municipal Roads Engineer for the Ga South Municipal Assembly, Daniel Sowah, indicated that the contractor had committed to completing the project within six months, despite the initial projection of two years for completion. This commitment underscores the importance of timely delivery and efficient execution of the road construction initiative.
