The team, led by Dr. Alhaji Abdul Samed Tanko, reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality in handling all medical records and screening materials.

To ensure that no eligible pilgrim is excluded, PAOG has scheduled a mop-up screening exercise in Accra for individuals who were unable to participate during the regional screenings.

In addition, all pilgrims under special arrangements or protocol are required to report to the Hajj Village at Kotoka International Airport in Accra for their medical screening.

The Accra screening exercise commenced on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and will continue through Sunday and Monday, with activities expected to conclude on Thursday, March 5, 2026, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

PAOG has urged all affected individuals to take note of the schedule and comply fully, stressing that timely participation is essential to ensure a smooth and successful completion of the Hajj 2026 preparations.
