Madam Ayitevie emphasized the need for women to have self-confidence and believe in their abilities, stating, “Women have the qualities needed to help institutions succeed; we only need to be given opportunities to harness and exhibit our talents.”

Participants at the symposium commended for its initiative, expressing empowerment and inspiration to be industrious and utilize their potential to the maximum. The establishment of the Baby Care Centre signifies AngloGold's commitment to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace for all its employees, especially women.
