The recipients are First Lady Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo, Justice Joyce Bamford-Addo, Ghana's first female Speaker of Parliament, and Justice Georgina Theodora Wood, the nation's first female Chief Justice.

A citation presented to the First Lady recognized her as a champion of social causes, particularly in advocating for the fight against malaria in Ghana. Mrs. Akufo-Addo, who has been the First Lady for seven years, has initiated transformative projects at major referral hospitals in the country to enhance maternal and child care.
Justice Joyce Bamford-Addo was acknowledged for her remarkable achievements that paved the way for a new era of women justices in Ghana's Supreme Court. She received the Companion of the Order of the Volta, the highest award in the Order of Volta, in recognition of her service to Ghana.
Justice Georgina Theodora Wood was saluted for her advocacy of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and her significant contributions both locally and internationally.
She received numerous awards, including the Order of the Star of Ghana and an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana.
Albert Kan-Dapaah, Minister of National Security, lauded the honorees for their patriotism and commitment to the nation's growth.
