Sam George, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ningo-Prampram, has earned a Master of Arts degree in Conflict, Peace, and Security from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping and Training Centre (KAIPTC).
The graduation ceremony was held on January 29, 2021, at the Burma Hall in Burna Camp, where he was conferred with his degree.
The ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including Ghanaian businessman Sir (Dr) Sam Jonah, who was the guest of honour, and CEO of Vodafone Ghana, Patricia Obo-Nai, who was the guest speaker.
Sam George announced his achievement on Instagram, expressing gratitude to his family and the faculty.

He thanked the faculty for their support, especially his thesis supervisor, Odeneho Dr Kweku Danso, and his classmates, who have become like family. He said, “Now on to the next academic pursuit. So help me God.”
Sam George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of London.
