Kusi Boateng and Adu Gyamfi were used to register 8 different companies – Court confirms

The Member of for , Samuel , has presented evidence in his case against Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng, the secretary to the Board of Trustees of the of Ghana.

The documents revealed that the clergyman was involved in the registration of eight different companies using the name Adu Gyamfi and another eight under the name Rev. Kusi Boateng.

Ablakwa's lawyer, Sory@Law, filed an 85-page affidavit opposing the contempt application filed by Rev. Kusi Boateng. The evidence showcased instances of the clergyman's dual identity for what the lawmaker claims are criminal reasons.

The court ruling confirmed the existence of the companies registered under both names. The list of companies registered under Adu Gyamfi includes:

  • Dunamis Insurance Brokers Ltd
  • Lloyds General and Risk Ltd
  • New Ware FM Ltd
  • Great Speed Engineering and Construction Ltd
  • The Four B's Company Ltd
  • Anibees Petroleum Ltd
  • El Dunamis Limited
  • JNS Talent Centre Limited

On the other hand, the list of companies registered under the name Victor Kusi Boateng includes:

  • Vibrant Generation Chapel Worldwide LBG
  • Dunamis Chapel Worldwide LBG
  • of Ghana
  • El Dunamis Media Limited
  • Onpoint 1 Laundry Limited
  • Kharis Football Academy FC
  • Qharis Consortium Limited
  • Duna Media Production
