Bibiani Gold Stars, a Ghana Premier League team, has appointed Frimpong Manso as their new Head Coach following the dismissal of Michael Osei. Osei had been asked to proceed on leave due to a poor run of results in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League.
In a statement, Bibiani Gold Stars expressed gratitude to Michael Osei for his services and wished him well in his future endeavors. The club then extended a warm welcome to Frimpong Manso, who was recently relieved of his head coach duties at Bofoakwa Tano.
Frimpong Manso faces the task of steering Bibiani Gold Stars out of the relegation zone as the team currently sits third from the bottom with 12 points. The club's next scheduled fixture against Dreams FC has been postponed due to the latter's involvement in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Bibiani Gold Stars' fans will eagerly anticipate Frimpong Manso's first game in charge, which is set to take place at home against FC Samartex 1996 on matchday 15 at Duns Park.
