Dickson Kelvis Dei-Zanga wanted by police for alleged defrauding by false pretence

The has issued a Warrant of Arrest No. 130/2022 dated 5th August 2022 for the immediate arrest of suspect Dickson Kelvis Dei-Zanga. The suspect is wanted to assist in the investigation of a case involving defrauding by false pretence.

According to the police statement, sighted by The Ghanaian Standard, the suspect is alleged to have demanded and collected an amount of one hundred and seventeen thousand, five hundred Ghana cedis (GH₵117,500.00) in 2020. The money was collected under the pretext of securing a contract to build a one thousand (1000) seater capacity lecture hall. However, after receiving the funds, the suspect has reportedly gone into hiding, and all attempts to trace him have proven unsuccessful.

Dickson Kelvis Dei-Zanga, described as 37 years old, dark in complexion, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with brown eyes, and stoutly built, hails from the . He was last seen at North Kaneshie but is suspected to be hiding in , , in the Greater Region, or in the .

The public is urged to assist law enforcement in locating the suspect.
