Discussions also reviewed key areas of cooperation and the institutional arrangements needed to ensure a successful forum and productive engagements during the visit.

The Chief Director of the ministry, Mr Noah Tumfo, who received the ambassador on behalf of the sector minister, expressed appreciation to the Japanese envoy and assured him of the ministry’s readiness to work closely with its Japanese counterparts to ensure a smooth and successful visit.

Beyond the Business and Investment Forum, the Japanese delegation is expected to hold bilateral meetings with stakeholders in key sectors of the Ghanaian economy, including trade, agribusiness, transportation, energy, logistics and communications.
