Customers in Keta decry erratic power supply, urge ECG to act

Residents and business owners in have voiced their frustrations over the intermittent power supply provided by the (ECG), citing its detrimental effects on their livelihoods.

Christian Amenyo, a designer in Tetekope, highlighted the adverse impact of unstable power on his work, emphasizing the need for urgent resolution from ECG.

Similarly, Eugenia Yevoo, a hairdresser, and Celestine Dziedzorm Beblie, a cold store operator, expressed concern over the significant damages incurred due to the erratic power supply. They urged authorities to intervene promptly to mitigate further losses.

Various other customers, including irrigation farmers, printing shop owners, and barbers, echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the necessity for ECG to provide a reliable timetable for better business planning.

In response, Eunice Tweneboah-Kodua, the Volta Regional Public Relations Officer of ECG, assured the public that efforts were underway to address the challenges. She urged patience and calm as the company worked towards resolving the issues.
