Ghana's Embassy in Tripoli, Libya, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), is set to repatriate approximately one hundred and sixty-five (165) Ghanaian nationals from Libya.
The repatriation will be conducted via a charter flight scheduled to arrive at the Kotoka International Airport on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 1500 hours GMT.
Munira Karim, Head of the Public Relations and Social Media Unit, shared this information, highlighting the collaborative effort between the embassy and the International Organization for Migration in facilitating the return of Ghanaian citizens from Libya.
The repatriation aims to ensure the safe return and reintegration of these individuals back into their home country.
