Unity and gratitude define NPP’s internal victory – Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh

Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh has expressed gratitude and optimism following the New Patriotic Party’s internal electoral process, describing the moment as one of thanksgiving and unity.

Quoting Psalms 118:21, he noted, “We will offer all our loving praise to You, and we thank You for answering our prayer and bringing us salvation,” emphasizing that the party’s appreciation goes beyond political success.

According to him, the thanksgiving is not only to celebrate the victory of Mahamudu Bawumia but to acknowledge what he described as divine guidance throughout a safe, peaceful, and incident-free process.

Dr. Opoku Prempeh underscored the importance of unity within the party, calling on members to remain aligned in purpose and ambition. He stressed that cohesion and shared commitment would be critical as the party works toward its broader national objectives.

He further expressed hope that the spirit of togetherness demonstrated during the internal exercise would continue, enabling the party to focus on its mission of serving the people of Ghana with dedication and integrity.

The remarks reflect a broader call for consolidation and forward-looking engagement as the party prepares for its next political chapter.
