PROFILE:Hon. Dorcas Toffey

Hon. Dorcas Toffey is the Member of Parliament for Jomoro, representing Bonyere on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Born on Sunday, 4th May 1975, she is a Christian and serves in Ghana’s 8th Parliament.

Hon. Toffey’s academic background reflects a blend of business acumen and sustainability expertise. She holds a BSc in Business Administration from Knutsford University College (2020) and an MBA from Accra Business School (2024). She also earned a Diploma from Vision Consultancy Training in the USA (2016) and an MSc in Energy and Sustainability Management from Universidad Católica de Murcia, Spain (2024).

Alongside her parliamentary duties, she is the Chief Executive Officer of Franlyn Properties, bringing private sector leadership into her public service role. In Parliament, she is a member of the Employment, Labour Relations and Pensions Committee as well as the Parliamentary Affairs Committee, where she contributes to shaping labour policy, governance, and sustainable development initiatives.
