PROFILE: Hon. Blay Nyameke Armah

Hon. Blay Nyameke Armah is the Member of Parliament for Sekondi, elected on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). He was born on Monday, 25th November 1974 and hails from Ehoaka. A Christian by faith, he is currently serving in his first term in Parliament.

He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Westminster, completed in 2019, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Immigration and Human Rights Law and Practice from Birmingham City University, obtained in 2004. His career spans legal practice and education, with experience as a Trainee Solicitor and Caseworker at CW Law Solicitors, Immigration Adviser at The Hurricane, and Caseworker at Armah Bola Law Practice. He also worked as a Supply Teacher with the Suffolk County Council.

In Parliament, Hon. Armah serves as a member of the Lands and Natural Resources Committee and is the Deputy Ranking Member of the Petitions Committee.
