Members of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Board have paid a courtesy call on Dr Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings to congratulate her on her election as the 2nd Vice President of the Pan-African Parliament.
According to Dr Agyeman-Rawlings, the meeting focused on discussions on advancing policies aimed at improving the well-being of people in Ghana and across the African continent.

The discussions also highlighted Ghana’s role within the Pan-African Parliament, particularly as Chair of the Health Committee, and how the position could be leveraged to strengthen continental collaboration, influence progressive health policies and improve healthcare outcomes in Africa.
Dr Agyeman-Rawlings expressed appreciation to the NHIA Board members for their support and encouragement and said she looked forward to continued collaboration in advancing healthcare and social protection initiatives.
