NDC Candidate Prof. Beyuo donates essential equipment to Lambussie emergency services

To bolster emergency response capabilities, Professor Titus K. Beyuo, the National Democratic Congress () Parliamentary Candidate for Lambussie Constituency, has made a significant donation to the district's ambulance and fire services. Valued at GH¢ 20,500.00, the donation included vehicle tyres, two brand new batteries, and a water pumping generator.

The Lambussie District Ambulance Service received a set of new tyres, addressing a pressing need that had left the only ambulance grounded for over three months. Additionally, the District Fire Service benefitted from a new fire tender and a generator, essential for water pumping operations.

The initiative followed requests from both emergency service providers, underscoring the critical importance of reliable equipment in saving lives during crises. Speaking at the donation ceremony, Professor Beyuo, represented by Mr. David Boon, Lambussie Constituency Organizer for the , emphasized the urgency of restoring operational capacity to the emergency services.

Professor Beyuo reiterated his unwavering commitment to the constituency's development agenda, highlighting the need for collective efforts in ensuring the safety and well-being of constituents. He urged the agencies to utilize the donated resources judiciously to enhance their readiness for future emergencies.

The impact of the grounded emergency vehicles was keenly felt during recent incidents, including a devastating fire in the Suke community and a fatal road traffic on the Lambussie-Piina road.
