Madam Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, Member of Parliament for Krowor Constituency, has donated books to public schools in her Constituency.
She said the donation was to augment the efforts of parents and teachers in promoting education in the area.
The schools are Krowor Municipal Assembly Cluster of Schools, St. Augustine's Anglican School, Seventh Day Adventist School, Presbyterian Junior Secondary and the Methodist School.
The MP admonished the schools to make judicious use of the books.
She applauded the efforts of school authorities in ensuring discipline in schools and raising standards of education in the Constituency.
She entreated the pupils to make the best of their stay in school.
