Joe Adu Mensah enstooled as Chief of Sefwi-Sayerano community: Ghana News

In a traditional ceremony filled with pomp and cultural significance, Mr. Joe Adu Mensah, a Physiology Assistant based in , has been enstooled as the new chief of Sefwi-Sayerano community in the Juaboso District of the Region. His stool name is Nana Yaw Frimpong Manson III.

Nana Manson III assumes the position following the passing of his late uncle, Nana Frimpong Manson II, who served as chief for approximately 32 years until his demise on March 6, 2021.

Speaking to the after the ceremony, Nana Manson III emphasized the importance of unity among community members to foster development.

He urged everyone to come together, stating, “Our forefathers have done their part, and it is time for us to follow the same path. So let us ensure unity, love, and peaceful coexistence for progress and development.”

Nana Manson III took the opportunity to address pressing community needs, appealing to the Government through the Juaboso District Assembly for the completion of an abandoned health facility and a six-unit project.

The completion of these projects, he believes, will significantly improve healthcare delivery and education in the community.

Expressing concern over the unused health facility and the overgrown classroom block, Nana Manson III urged the Assembly and relevant stakeholders to take swift action to complete these projects for their intended purposes.
