  2. The portal is accessible via web address (URL) https://cserpgh.com
  3. Application vouchers can be purchased via:
    a. USSD Code:*713*03# on Mobile Networks
    b. Any GCB Bank branch nationwide
  4. Applicants must specify which Agency’s voucher they intend to buy at both voucher purchase channels above

6 Points to note

  1. Applicants must read all instructions and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying
  2. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for further screening
  3. There are no middlemen in the recruitment selection process. Be vigilant and do not fall prey to any scheme purporting to offer admission slots at a FEE. The CSERP process is free, fair and open to all qualified Ghanaians
  4. Submitting false information or forged documents may lead to instant disqualification and render the applicant liable for prosecution

Note that the vacancy requirement for each agency differs and cuts across the various academic classifications. Therefore, an applicant with both an HND and an Undergraduate Degree can apply to one agency’s HND vacancy and apply to another Agency’s Undergraduate Degree vacancy to better his/her chances of selection. There could be several other reasons why an applicant could apply to multiple agencies; however, one core consideration for making this provision is just as stated above

  6. Review the application and submit when satisfied with the review
  7. The application is instantly vetted, and the status of the applicant is declared immediately
  8. A summary report PDF is generated immediately after applying, serving as proof of application. This document is required for the physical screening phase of the recruitment process
  9. The applicant is notified by SMS of his qualification immediately after applying
  10. All further correspondence shall be sent via SMS/Email and also through the applicant’s application user account, which can be accessed by the applicant at any time to track the progress of his/her application

8 What is cserp & why cserp?

C-SERP, an abbreviation for the Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal, is an initiative implemented to ensure harmonisation and standardisation of the conduct of recruitment across the various Agencies, data sharing and enhancing the Ministry’s oversight responsibility in terms of the recruitment of potential personnel. Additionally, it is a policy which aligns with the President’s objective to ensure fair allocation of job vacancies across all regions from a centralised point.
