Hon. Albert Tetteh Nyakotey is the Member of Parliament for Yilo Krobo, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC). He was born on August 10, 1965, and hails from Somanya.
He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the Swiss Management Centre (SMC), completed in March 2022. He earned a Commonwealth Executive MBA from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in June 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana in June 1990. He completed his GCE at Ghana Secondary School, Koforidua, in June 1986 and his GCE O’ Level at Mfantsipim School in June 1983. He obtained his basic education from Somanya Presby School in June 1976.

Hon. Albert Tetteh Nyakotey has extensive experience in the petroleum industry. At Total Petroleum Ghana Ltd., he served in various roles, including Business Development and Aviation Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Specialties Sales Manager, and Consumer Sales & Mines Manager. He also worked at Mobil Oil Ghana Ltd. as Industry & Wholesale Manager, Aviation Operations West Africa Manager, and Retail Sales Associate.
