Police officers stopped and searched a DAF long trailer with registration number GW 1943-09. Although the vehicle initially appeared empty, further inspection revealed that it had been modified with six metal plates sealing secret compartments beneath the trailer.

The concealed compartments were opened in the presence of the suspect, Amidu Jubril, aged 40. A thorough search uncovered four thousand (4,000) parcels of compressed dried leaves wrapped in yellow masking tape, suspected to be narcotic substances. The parcels had been carefully hidden within the fabricated compartments.
