According to the Ministry, the proposed trade mission follows a recent visit by President John Dramani Mahama to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in the United States.

Discussions focused on strengthening institutional coordination ahead of the mission, including possible investment roundtables and business-to-business engagements aimed at deepening trade and investment relations between Ghana and the United States.

The Ministry indicated that key sectors expected to attract investment interest include agriculture production, agribusiness, renewable energy, technology and other strategic areas of the economy.

It added that the upcoming mission presents an opportunity to showcase Ghana’s investment potential and position the country as a preferred destination for international business and partnerships.
