Shattafest 2025 draws historic crowd of 673,000, Shatta Movement confirms

Accra, Oct. 22, GNA. The Shatta Movement Empire has officially confirmed that 673,000 people attended Shattafest 2025 at Independence Square, bringing finality to widespread discussions and speculations surrounding the event’s turnout.

In a statement issued by the Empire, it said the figure was derived after a careful review and consultation with credible sources, supported by verified data gathered by its on-ground monitoring team during the festival.

“After thorough analysis and validation, we are pleased to confirm that the official attendance figure for Shattafest 2025 stands at six hundred and seventy-three thousand (673,000) people,” the statement noted.

The organisers emphasised that the figure reflected a realistic and factual account of the massive turnout at the historic event and urged the public to treat it as the definitive record.

“Let this be clearly understood, going forward, this figure represents a realistic and factual account of the turnout witnessed at this historic event,” the statement added.

The Shatta Movement Empire also encouraged fans and the general public to share the official flier confirming the attendance numbers to end all confusion and debate over the issue.

Expressing gratitude, the statement concluded: “Thank you, Ghana, and thank you to the ever-loyal Shatta Movement family, for making history once again!
