Kadjebi DCE donates LED street bulbs to community

Mr. Wilson Kwami Agbanyo, the District Chief Executive (DCE) of the Region, has demonstrated his commitment to community security by donating 11 packets of LED street light bulbs to three communities: Asato, Wawaso, and Gyamonome.

During the presentation, Mr. Agbanyo highlighted the importance of the bulbs in enhancing security within the communities. He noted that each bulb cost GH¢90.00 and emphasized the government's dedication to ensuring the safety and well-being of all citizens.

In addition to the bulb donation, Mr. Agbanyo informed the communities about ongoing road improvement projects, including the reshaping of the Asato-Wawaso Road and the gravelling of various roads in the district. He urged community members to remain patient as the government works to distribute resources equally across the nation.

In response, Mr. Theophilus Alanyo, an Leader from Wawaso, expressed gratitude on behalf of the community for the bulb donation. He also appealed for the completion of the Wawaso Rural Telephony project, which has faced delays.

The donation of LED street light bulbs not only addresses immediate security concerns but also demonstrates the government's commitment to infrastructure development and community well-being in the District.
