Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak played out a 1-1 draw in the first Super Clash of the 2022/23 betPawa Ghana Premier League season at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Kotoko dominated much of the match and took the lead in the 57th minute through Yussif Mubarik after creating several chances in the opening half.

The Porcupine Warriors also appealed for two penalties in the first half, but referee Selorm Yao Bless waved away both claims.
Hearts of Oak snatched a late equaliser in the 88th minute when Caleb Amankwah found the back of the net to earn the Phobians a point.
The result leaves Hearts of Oak still searching for their first league victory of the season after three matches, while Kotoko begin their league campaign with a draw following their early exit from the CAF Champions League.
