The (AGI) Eastern, Volta, and Chapters has inked a strategic (MoU) with Tradex Africa Consult, aiming to propel the visibility of made-in-Ghana goods and services in .

The collaboration extends beyond trade, focusing on fostering partnerships between AGI members and Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs) in .

Mr. Dela Gadzanku, Chairman of the Volta, Eastern, and Regional Chapters of the AGI, emphasized the broader scope of the MoU, including capacity building in Hospitality, Aviation, and Tourism, organizing business safaris in Kenya and Ghana, fundraising for investment projects in key sectors like Tourism, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, ICT, Sports, and Urban Development, along with exploring potential sister community relations.

Established in 1958, AGI represents Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), while Tradex Africa Consult, founded in 2019 in Kenya, brings a unique synergy to the partnership.

The MoU, initially set for three years, offers the option of renewal for an additional three years. The agreement was jointly signed by Mr Gadzanku on behalf of AGI and David Sosa, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tradex Africa Consult.
