Agona Swedru Fire Command hosts students on fire safety tour

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) Agona Swedru Command has hosted pupils and teachers of Abasa Presby Basic School on an educational tour to promote fire safety awareness.

During the visit, the pupils learned about the core functions of the Ghana National Fire Service, its specialised units and the firefighting equipment used during emergency operations.

The interactive session also helped the students understand basic fire safety practices, corrected common misconceptions about firefighting and encouraged them to become fire safety ambassadors in their communities.
