Cabinet approves Ghana's new e-Visa policy

Ghana’s Cabinet has approved a new e-Visa policy aimed at simplifying travel procedures for foreigners entering the country for business and tourism.

The policy introduces a digital visa regime designed to provide a faster and more convenient travel experience, while maintaining a strong security vetting system. It forms part of broader efforts to reposition Ghana as an attractive destination for investment and tourism.

According to the announcement, the initiative reinforces Ghana’s stance as a welcoming and accessible country, particularly for individuals seeking business opportunities or leisure travel.
