
Hon. Frank Yeboah is the Member of Parliament for Atwima Nwabiagya North under the banner of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). A native of Darbaa and a Christian, he brings to Parliament a formidable blend of technical expertise and public sector experience, though this marks his first term as a legislator.
His academic path is one of exceptional breadth and distinction. Hon. Yeboah holds multiple postgraduate and professional qualifications, including an MSc in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from KNUST (2019), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Mountcrest University College (2017), and an MSc in International Accounting from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK (2009). He also earned a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (2008), and completed professional certifications from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (2023), Galilee International Management Institute in Israel (2019), the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).

His professional career spans the insurance, health, and finance sectors. He served as Acting Director and Deputy Director of Procurement & Projects at the National Health Insurance Authority, and was the Chief Executive Officer of Loyalty Insurance Limited. Prior to that, he was Internal Audit & Compliance Manager (West Africa Sub-region) at Activa International Insurance, Audit Manager at Opoku, Andoh & Co, and both Audit Associate and Manager at Martin Morrison & Co (UK). His early professional life included roles as a Pharmacy Technologist and Medical Representative.
In Parliament, Hon. Frank Yeboah is a Member of both the Health Committee and the Public Accounts Committee, where he leverages his rich expertise in finance, auditing, and procurement to contribute to governance and oversight.
