Prof. Ayeboafoh questions Ken Agyapong's motives

Veteran journalist and media governance expert Yaw Boadu Ayeboafoh has questioned the motives behind recent statements and political activities of Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.

Speaking on developments within the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Prof. Ayeboafoh asked whether Hon Agyapong’s actions were driven by personal ambition or love for the country.

The former Chairman of the National Media Commission expressed concern that some of Hon. Agyapong’s remarks could negatively affect party unity if not properly managed.

He urged the former Assin Central MP to clarify whether his comments and political activities are intended to advance the national interest or personal political ambitions.

Hon. Agyapong, a former presidential aspirant of the NPP, has recently made public comments about the party’s future and Ghana’s political direction ahead of the 2028 elections.
