The Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation (MoCDTI) has begun a strategic human resource restructuring as part of the President’s broader vision to reset Ghana’s governance framework.

A statement from the Ministry on Saturday, February 15, announced that the Minister, Hon. Sam Nartey George, has initiated the process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the Ministry, its agencies, and affiliated programs.

As part of the restructuring, the Minister previously requested the CVs of all Directors and senior management staff, signalling a realignment of roles and responsibilities.

The initial phase has already taken effect, impacting the National Communications Authority (NCA) and the Ghana Digital Acceleration Programme, which is being implemented in collaboration with the World Bank. Further changes are expected across the Ministry and its agencies in the coming weeks.

Hon. Sam Nartey George expressed gratitude to all staff for their dedication and service to the nation and extended best wishes for their future professional endeavours.
