A search party later discovered her body at the farm, prompting police intervention. According to Chief Inspector Thomas Akeelah, Public Relations Officer for the Bono Regional Police, preliminary investigations revealed that the woman’s throat had been slashed with a sharp object, with blood clots found in her mouth and ear canal, indicating foul play.

No arrests have been made, but the police are actively working to identify and apprehend the perpetrators.

The body has been deposited at the Dormaa-Ahenkro Traditional Mortuary for preservation and autopsy, as authorities continue their investigation into the tragic incident.
