Mr Selorm Dramani Dzramado, a well-known political activist, has officially announced his bid to run as an independent candidate for the Tongu Central parliamentary seat in the upcoming 2024 general election. The declaration was made in a statement released on Monday.

In his statement, Mr Dzramado expressed his thoughtful consideration and extensive consultations with a diverse range of individuals both within and outside the constituency.

He stated, “I declare to run as an independent parliamentary candidate for in the upcoming 2024 general election after giving it enough thought and consulting with a wide range of people within and outside the constituency.”

Highlighting his experience as a selfless political activist who has tirelessly held governments accountable for the past 23 years, Mr Dzramado emphasized his exceptional understanding of the actual challenges faced by the residents of the Constituency.
