FBN Bank Ghana sponsors 2023 National Youth Conference, emphasizes commitment to youth development

FBNBank, a financial giant, has demonstrated its dedication to youth development by sponsoring the 2023 National Youth Conference, held at the 's Athletic Oval, Legon. The conference, themed “Reformed Youth, Reformed Ghana,” focused on training the youth for and was organized in collaboration with the and the International Youth Fellowship.

The conference aimed to equip the youth with leadership skills crucial for the nation's progress. Victor Yaw Asante, Managing Director of FBNBank, highlighted the bank's recognition of the pivotal role played by the youth in nation-building. He emphasized the importance of providing the youth with the necessary skills for personal development and global competitiveness.

Asante stated, “The has a committed focus on the youth with products such as the Xplore First Students Account, Graduate Entry Programme, and Talent Management Programme. These initiatives aim to support employee engagement, motivation, and increased productivity across all levels of employees within the organization.”

Expressing gratitude for the opportunity to support the 2023 National Youth Conference, Asante hoped that FBNBank's contribution would aid the in its crucial work with Ghanaian youth.

The CEO of the National Youth Authority, Pius Enam Hadzide, commended the Ghanaian youth for their zeal and tenacity in challenging times. He emphasized the conference's role in recognizing the youth as architects of Ghana's destiny and fostering their significant contributions to national and global development.
