Belinda Obour, a tertiary student at the (), was on the brink of abandoning her dream of becoming a medical doctor due to financial constraints. However, her aspirations were revived through the support of the Foundation's Bright Scholarship, which assists deserving but needy students across all levels of education.

With the Foundation's backing, Belinda was able to pursue her studies without the burden of tuition fees, allowing her to focus solely on her academic pursuits. Speaking to the Ghana Agency (GNA) at the 56th congregation, she expressed gratitude for the lifeline provided by , which enabled her to graduate alongside 11 other beneficiaries of the scholarship program.

Among the successful graduates is Ebenezer Bambel, who, like Belinda, faced financial hurdles that threatened to derail his education. However, through the MTN Bright Scholarship, he was able to complete his studies without the worry of tuition and accommodation fees. Mr. Bambel, now a National Service Personnel at MTN in , credited the Foundation for his academic success and expressed profound appreciation for the opportunity afforded to him.

Reflecting on the impact of the MTN Foundation's educational initiatives, Mr. George Kyei Frimpong, Educational Portfolio Advisor, emphasized the Foundation's commitment to investing in students and projects aimed at enhancing education in Ghana. With approximately 800 students sponsored under the Bright Scholarship alone, and many more benefiting from other scholarship programs, the Foundation continues to make significant contributions to the educational landscape of the country.

Mr. Frimpong underscored the Foundation's belief in the transformative power of education, noting the positive outcomes achieved by scholarship beneficiaries. He emphasized that the Foundation's investments are yielding tangible results, as evidenced by the academic achievements and career successes of its beneficiaries.
