's Robotics team has received a generous cash donation of GH₵10,000 from alumnus Felix Manfred, a 2014 graduate of the school. The donation aims to support the team's pursuit of academic excellence, particularly in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics ().

Felix Manfred, during the donation ceremony, highlighted the significance of (AI) in addressing Africa's challenges. He commended the team for their outstanding achievements, including clinching two championship titles at the 2023 Robofest in the .

“I pledged my commitment to supporting the team by providing career guidance and opportunities in the future. This ongoing support will undoubtedly be invaluable to the students as they continue their robotics journey,” said Manfred.

The funds will facilitate the purchase of necessary equipment and cover expenses associated with the team's robotics projects. Assistant Headmaster Academic of , James Owusu Achiaw, expressed deep gratitude on behalf of the school, emphasizing the crucial role such donations play in sustaining the team's operations and ensuring future success.

The Prempeh College Robotics team, with a history of international recognition, is gearing up for the 2024 competition in the USA. Their previous victories include securing championship titles in 2019 and 2020.
