A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce & Digital Sales Officer to grow our online sales, strengthen our digital presence, and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website and online stores.
- Drive online sales through digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Monitor online orders and coordinate timely order fulfilment.
- Optimise website content for SEO and user experience.
- Manage customer enquiries, reviews, and online reputation.
- Track website traffic, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Build and manage relationships with online marketplaces and delivery platforms.
- Support product launches and digital brand campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.
- Experience in the food, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
