Mr. John Gyamfi, former Director of Currency at the Bank of Ghana (BoG), has expressed confidence that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President and Flagbearer hopeful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), is poised to become the next President in January 2025. Gyamfi shared his positive outlook after engaging with Dr. Bawumia in the Oti Region.
According to Gyamfi, Dr. Bawumia possesses the qualities necessary to lead the nation, stating, “he would take Ghanaians to the promised land of Israel.”
Gyamfi highlighted Dr. Bawumia's leadership qualities, emphasizing his respect for individuals regardless of their status and his commitment to unity among Ghanaians.
Gyamfi emphasized Dr. Bawumia's vision for improving the lives of all Ghanaians, irrespective of tribal, religious, or social affiliations. He underlined Ghana's imminent move toward enhanced digitalization, leveraging data analytics and artificial intelligence under Dr. Bawumia's leadership.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA), Gyamfi urged Ghanaians to rally behind Dr. Bawumia, citing his proven track record and leadership capabilities.
Gyamfi called for fervent prayers and continuous support from citizens to ensure the success of Dr. Bawumia's plans and a resounding victory in the 2024 elections.
