According to the Command, sufficient police personnel have been deployed to all designated polling stations and other key locations within the constituency. Officers will maintain a visible presence and conduct patrols before, during and after the election to prevent any disturbances.

The Police cautioned the public against engaging in acts of violence, intimidation, the spread of misinformation or any conduct that could undermine the integrity of the electoral process. It stressed that individuals found to have breached the law will be dealt with in accordance with Ghanaian law.

The Command further urged all eligible voters to carry out their civic responsibility peacefully and to promptly report any suspicious activity to the police.

Authorities say they remain committed to safeguarding public safety and maintaining law and order throughout the electoral exercise.
